Verum Projects was founded by Robert Appleby late 2018, the vision to create a shopfitting business built on trust and collaboration transforming the dreams and aspirations of our clients into reality. Long term relationships are our life blood and something we are proud to achieve.
Robert has over 35 years of experience in the industry achieving a BSc in Quantity Surveying in 1994 and an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution in 2016. Working initially client and then later contractor side with Scottish & Newcastle (now Heineken), McDonalds, Tesco, Asda, Wyevale Garden Centres, Costa Coffee, NHS, Co-Op to name a few.
Our experienced team, from a variety of backgrounds, enhances our understanding of clients needs and are able to support them accordingly. Providing M&E, joinery, solid surfaces, metalwork, etc. as required by the client.
Working with the likes of Co-Op, IKEA, Arco, upcoming projects include energy saving projects, new store fit-out, trading refits, airside electrical works. Verum are CHAS accredited and act as the principle contractor for a number of clients managing projects with values up to and in excess of £1.2m.
Retail
Pride is in everything that we do, working closely with our clients to bring to life their visions. Supporting them every step of the way from inception to completion and beyond. We offer everything from the manufacture and installation of one sneeze screen to a complete turn key fit-out of a full store and anything in between. Long standing partnerships with specialists allow us to offer bespoke solutions in metal, plastic or joinery to give life to clients designs as well as producing bespoke designs. We have the skills and knowledge to control an entire project taking the principal contractor role.
Commercial
CAT A and B fit-out works can be undertaken, anything from a reception desk to the complete fit-out of your offices with attention to detail, fit and finish that makes your environment a pleasure in which to work.
Leisure
We have many years experience working in leisure environments be that pubs, restaurants, hotels or leisure centres whatever you are considering talk to us and see what we can create together.
